Evo provide agency workers to a range of organisations. We utilise two main models of supply depending on the precise needs of our clients.  

The model recommended will depend upon the current shape of our client’s workforce and the long term requirements of the contract.  Regardless of which model our clients decide to progress, we offer precisely the same high level of service to ensure the staff we provide meet all criteria as set out by our clients during our campaign planning phase.

Campaign planning forms a major part of the work we do: understanding the dynamics of the many UK labour markets, utilising a wide range of attraction techniques, maintaining a large and warm network; and correctly anticipating response times and drop out rates are all essential elements of our skills in devising successful campaigns.  A successfully planned campaign will accurately anticipate conversion rates at each stage to guarantee the desired result each time. 

Once we have an offer from our clients, we skilfully manage our candidate to ensure they are smoothly onboarded, inducted and settled within our clients.  

Maintaining consistent and positive contact with our agency workers is key in our business.  We have a regular programme of contact using a variety of media: social networking, newsletters and competitions to keep our workers focussed, engaged and feeling part of the team throughout their assignments. 

Regular contact, both formal and informal reviews, with our clients are a key feature of our service. These meetings are essential to check that all is on track and that all key performance indicators are being met or exceeded.  If any tweaks are needed to ensure things are just spot on, it’s in these meetings that plans are made. 

Almost as important as onboarding is offboarding.  When the time comes for a worker to leave our clients’ assignments it’s essential that all parties are communicated with to establish the reasons the assignment came to an end, whether anything could have been handled differently and to arrange for the dispatch of the P45.  We therefore conduct an exit review with each of our leavers, and feed back relevant data to our clients.

A complete payroll management service


Evo are pleased to offer a complete payroll solution for their clients, either to augment their own in house payroll management, or as a complete management service in itself. This service covers all of the following: new starter registration with HMRC; starter/leaver administration; all payroll calculations including salary sacrifice, statutory payments and deductions, monthly adjustments: paying staff to deadline and issuing payslips directly by email; liaison with HMRC including timely RTI submissions and tax code amendments; help and advice on all aspects of payroll management. We can provide you with a tailored and flexible solution to meet your workforce criteria.

We can also manage the Auto Enrolment burden for your Company. This includes identifying and enrolling relevant employees into your chosen pension scheme and will be fully integrated into your payroll software.

The Challenge selected Evo as their payroll partners in 2010 and have worked with them consistently since this time.
