Maintaining consistent and positive contact with our agency workers is key in our business. We have a regular programme of contact using a variety of media: social networking, newsletters and competitions to keep our workers focussed, engaged and feeling part of the team throughout their assignments.
Regular contact, both formal and informal reviews, with our clients are a key feature of our service. These meetings are essential to check that all is on track and that all key performance indicators are being met or exceeded. If any tweaks are needed to ensure things are just spot on, it’s in these meetings that plans are made.
Almost as important as onboarding is offboarding. When the time comes for a worker to leave our clients’ assignments it’s essential that all parties are communicated with to establish the reasons the assignment came to an end, whether anything could have been handled differently and to arrange for the dispatch of the P45. We therefore conduct an exit review with each of our leavers, and feed back relevant data to our clients.
